  Blinda was adopted and I will try and find out who adopted her, at the time Blinda was born Florence was living at Patford Street and her occupation was domestic servant Calne, this information came from the birth certificate, no father named.
  Can any one tell me if they know of any records Re: adoptions in Calne, I have added my name to The Adoption Contact Register at The General Registe Office at Southport.
  Blinda was adopted by Mable and Charles Cretney from Liverpool and she was given the name Patricia Margaret Cretney.
  Patricia Margaret died 27th March 1998, Arrowe Park Hospital, Birkenhead, Cheshire.
